| Laura Ouellette Owner Laura Ouellette has been cutting and coloring hair in greater New Haven for over 15 years and has a well established reputation as an expert colorist and highlighter. She credits her unusual understanding of color to being trained as a painter from a very young age. Laura specializes in One Step Color & Highlight, which she developed in order to minimize hair damage, save clients’ time and create rich natural looking results. Laura’s incentive for opening her own salon was to escape the noise and design uniformity of high end salons she had worked for. She has a keen eye for design and has created an eclectic and relaxing space where clients can listen to old jazz standards and find a cozy spot to relax. Although she takes her work seriously, Laura can often be overheard laughing with one ofher many clients |
